I have worn many labels (Not in any particular order): Catholic, Wife, Mom,Gramma, Doctor, Major, Soccer Mom, Military Wife, Fellow.
All of these filter my views of the world. I hope that like St. Monica, I can through prayer, words and example, lead my children and others to Faith.

Letter from members of the House urge pro-life amendment vote

Abortion is not a Republican or a Democratic issue. It is a human issue. 183 members of the House of Representatives sent a letter to Speaker Pelosi urging a vote on an amendment to explicitly forbid federal funding of abortion in health care.
