I have worn many labels (Not in any particular order): Catholic, Wife, Mom,Gramma, Doctor, Major, Soccer Mom, Military Wife, Fellow. All of these filter my views of the world. I hope that like St. Monica, I can through prayer, words and example, lead my children and others to Faith.

Peeps!
The highlight of the Washington Post's journalistic endeavors is its annual Easter Peep Show. These are so fun! This rendition from Goodnight Moon stole my heart. I have so many happy memories of reading this book to my children.

I'm currently waiting for my trays of Peeps to get nice and stale so I can eat them. I'll have to give them about a week.
